Kicking off the ’Hawk Days of Summer

Posted on May 16, 2012 in Alumni News and News

We’re on the road again for our annual ‘Hawk Days of Summer tour!

The KU Alumni Association will host more than 100 events this summer to connect alumni, fans and friends of the University. We’re adding events to our calendar every day, so be sure to check back for events in your area.

If you can’t make it to one of our events, you can still follow the fun online!

Here are several ways you can keep up with us:

Join us on Facebook
Our KU Alumni Association Facebook page shares general information for all alumni, and all of our chapters around the world have a Facebook group where you can connect with other local Jayhawks. A list of chapter Facebook groups is available on the KU Alumni page.

Follow us on Twitter
Tweet with us! Follow @kualumni on Twitter for frequent updates about the University, chapters and events. Tweets with the #kualumni and #hawkdays hashtags will be featured in the sidebar of this site.

Check out our pictures and videos
We post pictures from our events on our Flickr page. We’ve enabled downloading, so if you want a copy of one of our photos, you’re welcome to download it for personal use. We also have a YouTube account for our videos. Photo slideshows and videos will also be shared here and on our social media sites. And, we’ve started an account on Instagram, a popular photo-sharing network. Search for us by our username, kualumni.

Share your story
We want to hear your story! If you have a fun Jayhawk anecdote or favorite KU memory to share, email it to Terry Rombeck,
