Even the heartiest ‘Hawk fitness fanatics are tempted to blow off their workouts now and then. But with access to the Ambler Student Recreation Fitness Center on campus, there’s no excuse for not exercising.

Special daily, monthly and annual rates are available for KU Alumni Association members, making this a great opportunity whether you live or work in Lawrence or you’re returning to campus for a visit. Just present a copy of your KU Alumni Association membership card—found at the bottom of your monthly member e-newsletter—and a photo ID to purchase a pass. Spouses and domestic partners of members are also eligible to participate at the special rate.

The Ambler Student Recreation Fitness Center includes 16,000 square feet of cardiovascular and resistance training equipment, four racquetball courts, six basketball and volleyball courts, aerobics and martial arts studios, a suspended walking/jogging track, a 42-foot rock climbing wall and an indoor golf simulator.
