The KU Alumni Association offers a wide variety of in-person and virtual networking events and programs, including career-focused, athletics and community-service activities. All sponsorships are unique and offer the opportunity for customized event components and a comprehensive marketing plan.
KU Connection is a one-stop resource that delivers the best content and events from the University of Kansas and our global alumni base to all Jayhawks.
The Jayhawk Career Network gives students and alumni access to career resources, jobs, events, programming and connections at every stage of their career.
The Jayhawk network extends well beyond the Hill. The KU Alumni Association offers alumni networks throughout the state, across the country and around the world opportunities to join together to enjoy KU camaraderie through a variety of events.
A tradition for more than 100 years, this annual festivity brings Jayhawks from across the nation back to the Hill creating an unforgettable week for students, alumni and the Lawrence community.
The KU Alumni Association host two annual fundraising events a year, Rock Chalk Forever in Kansas City and the Jayhawk Roundup in Wichita. Both events offer the opportunity for corporate partners to engage and create a memorable experience.
The KU Alumni Association host year-round events exclusively for Presidents Club donors. These events help to steward current and prospective donors, whose support helps strengthen alumni and student programs and the University.
Every year, more than 500 runners and walkers gather virtually and/or on KU’s campus for a 5K in honor of all those who served and fought for our nation. Proceeds from the event benefit the KU Military Affiliated Student Center, Student Veterans Association and the Veterans Alumni Network.
The KU Alumni Association has partnered with KU Libraries to create an online Jayhawk Book Club for alumni, students and friends so Jayhawks around the world can connect and discuss a variety of books throughout the year.
When March comes calling, we follow the KU basketball teams around the country, along with the nation’s best fan base, to bring pregame events and opportunities to interact and meet some of KU’s best alumni and fans.
The KU Student Alumni Network (SAN) is the largest student organization on campus and largest student alumni group in the Big 12. From students’ first day on the Hill to their last day of walking through the Campanile at commencement, we’ve got them covered with events and programs designed to help them make the most of their KU experience and begin a successful career. A variety of sponsorship and advertising opportunities are available to reach the student audience.

Home Football Fridays is a tailgate-style gathering for all KU students to engage in SAN programs, events and activities. Held each Friday before home games, it attracts 500+ students.
SAN hosts a Finals Dinner two times a year to kick-start the week of final exams with a free meal for more than 600 SAN members.
This program is designed to help category exclusive restaurants achieve their marketing and sales objectives with the student audience and showcase great quality food and service for SAN events and programs.
Focus Fridays is the Student Alumni Network’s easygoing, virtual content series. Every other Friday, an email featuring new content is delivered to SAN members. The content ranges from cooking tips, career help, at-home workouts, webinars and more.
Each week’s content is recapped in the weekly SAN eNewsletter as well as shared on the SAN social channels.
