It’s official! As of May 1, Oklahoma residents can now order a KU Specialty License Plate through Service Oklahoma when registering your vehicle or renewing your tags.  Join fellow Oklahoma residents and show your KU pride on the road! Jayhawk plates are available to all alumni, family, friends and fans—you do not have to be a graduate of KU. It can be used on your passenger motor vehicle or non-commercial truck. The initial cost is $21.15 per vehicle ($15 specialty plate fee + $6.15 mailing cost), with a recurring annual renewal fee of $16.66 ($15 specialty plate fee + $1.66 mailing cost) that is paid to Service Oklahoma in addition to yearly tag renewal fees and taxes.
