Frequently Asked Questions
Anyone who follows the KU Alumni Association and Jayhawk Autographs on Facebook, Instagram or X (formerly Twitter) and “likes” the social post about the contest between December 13, 2023 and January 2, 2024 will be automatically entered into a prize raffle drawing.
Each entrant will receive one entry into a raffle drawing for a 2023 Team-signed football featuring Head Coach Lance Leipold and 24 top players from both offense and defense. This product includes a Certificate of Authenticity from Jayhawk Autographs, with an estimated retail value of $200.
By liking the social post about the contest on Facebook, Instagram, or X (formerly Twitter) and following the KU Alumni Association’s account (@kualumni) and Jayhawk Autographs account (@jayhawkautographs on Instagram and Facebook, and @JayhawkAutogrph on X). Posts must be liked by Dec 31, 2023. The contest drawing will be held on or shortly following January 2, 2024. The winner does not need to be present to win. One entry per person.
No purchase is necessary to enter. All contestants must be 18 years of age or older to participate and live in the United States. Entries may also be made by legibly printing your first and last name, complete mailing address, phone number and email address and the words “Jayhawk Autographs Prize Drawing” on either a 3”x5” or 4”x 6” card and mailing it to: KU Alumni Association, ATTN: Prize Drawing, 1266 Oread Avenue, Lawrence, KS 66045. No facsimile, email or copied entries will be accepted. Enter as often as you like. Each entry request must be separately mailed.
The winner will be contacted by phone, email, U.S. Mail, overnight courier and/or in person at the KU Alumni Association’s option. Winner must be located and claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. The KU Alumni Association will either mail, email or personally provide instructions on how to claim the prize. Each entrant is only eligible to win one (1) prize.
The odds of winning will be determined by the number of entrants.
Frequently Asked Questions
Anyone who purchases a membership, upgrades or renews an existing membership, purchases a gift membership, or makes a gift of at least $10.00 to the KU Alumni Association between March 7 and April 3, 2023, will be automatically entered in to win the prize.
One first prize winner will receive a limited edition gallery print of “Jayhawk Dynasty” by artist William Rose. Exclusively offered through our partners at the Leopold Gallery, the print celebrates the 2022 National Championship team and the rich history of KU Basketball. Each Limited Edition Giclée Print is made of archival materials that will last for generations, ensuring that the winner will be able to relive the moment for years to come. Print is 24 x 36 inches. Prize has a $450 value.
Two second prize winners will become the proud owner of a 2023 team-signed basketball featuring notable players like Jalen Wilson, Gradey Dick and Daujan Harris. The balls from our partners at Jayhawk Autographs will make the perfect addition to fan caves as the team works to March it Back and win another National Championship in Houston. Prize has a $250 value.
Three third prize winners will get to wear our “March it Backpacks” filled with KU swag perfect for post-season celebrations. From Charlie Hustle t-shirts to exclusive member-only items, the backpacks are the perfect prize for any KU fan. Prize has a $150 value.

By (1) purchasing, upgrading, renewing, or giving a gift of any KU Alumni Association membership or (2) making a donation of at least $10.00 to the KU Alumni Association online, over the phone, or through the mail. All transactions received during the above stated timeframe will be automatically entered. The contest drawing will be held on April 4, 2023. The winner does not need to be present to win. There is no limit to the number of memberships purchased or contributions made to be entered into the drawing. For gift memberships, both the purchaser and recipient will be entered if they are 18 years of age or older and live in the United States.

Entry Period: The Jayhawk Autographs Prize Drawing (the “Drawing”) begins on December 13, 2023 at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on December 31, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the “Entry Period”), during which time all entries must be received in order to be eligible.
Eligibility: Drawing participants must be at least 18 years old and living in the United States. KU Alumni Association employees, members of its National Board of Directors, and their immediate families are not eligible to win. Immediate family includes parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents and each of their respective spouses or households (whether related or not) of any of the preceding. By participating in the Drawing, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the KU Alumni Association, which are final.
How to Enter: There are 2 ways to enter:

No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except as provided herein. KU Alumni Association is not liable for any damage to any prize occurring during delivery to the winner’s address. There will be no cash alternatives.
Selection of Winners: You have not yet won. Winners will be determined by a random selection from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Selection will take place on or shortly after January 2, at the KU Alumni Association’s office, 1266 Oread Ave., Lawrence, KS 66045. Winner selection will be conducted by the KU Alumni Association. By participating, you agree to be bound by the selection of the winner by the KU Alumni Association, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner need not be present to win. After the drawing, winner will be notified based on the name and information on the entry. Winner notification will be made by telephone, email, U.S. Mail, overnight courier, and/or in person at KU Alumni Association’s discretion.

When claiming a prize, a photo ID and signed Affidavit of Eligibility may be required at the discretion of the KU Alumni Association.
The winner of the Drawing is responsible for the reporting, filing and payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on receipt of the prize. The costs for goods or services not specified in these official rules are each winner’s responsibility. The KU Alumni Association will either mail, email, or personally provide instructions on how to claim the prize.
In the event the winner is unable to use the prize, the KU Alumni Association is not obligated to provide an alternative prize.
The winner agrees that the KU Alumni Association may use his/her name address, photograph or videotape likeness and statements for publicity purposes and agrees to sign a publicity release without any further compensation as a condition of entering the contest.
KU Alumni Association’s decisions are final: The KU Alumni Association reserves the right to disqualify illegible, incomplete, misdirected, late, or falsified entries and is not responsible for such entries, whether or not such circumstances were caused in any way by KU Alumni Association. KU Alumni Association is not responsible for the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, mail, or Internet service, or unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Drawing.
