The KU Alumni Association helps Jayhawks tell KU’s story in all corners of the world.
Legacy Recruitment Program
Help us identify future Jayhawks by sharing the names of prospective KU students who are in the sixth grade or older. After you complete
the Legacy Recruitment Program form, your future ‘Hawk will become
part of the Office of Admissions mailing list and will receive information
about KU. (Note: A student who has already applied for admission to KU
is already on the mailing list.)
We complement the recruitment efforts of the Office of Admissions and
departments across campus with targeted mailings, KU packages, phone
calls and individualized campus visits. Our Office of Legacy Relations
communicates with all legacy students who have been admitted for the
upcoming fall semester.
Make a contribution today and we’ll send you our exclusive Jayhawk welcome mat!
Contributions of $25 or more are eligible to receive the Jayhawk welcome mat as a complimentary gift. The mat measures 20″x30″.

Legacy Student Recruitment
Being a Jayhawk is a family tradition for many of us. The KU Alumni Association can help keep that tradition going strong for generations. As the children and grandchildren of KU alumni begin thinking about college options, the information below may help your future Jayhawk find his or her way to the Hill.
Kansas Alumni Magazine
Kansas Alumni magazine shares stories of the University of Kansas. The magazine supports the University’s mission of teaching, research and public service by informing and educating alumni and by strengthening their connection to KU, reminding them that they remain part of the Jayhawk family, no matter where they live or how long ago they left the Hill.
