The KU Veterans Alumni Network and KU Student Veterans of America invite all Military-Affiliated students, alumni, staff and faculty and their guests to celebrate the end of the academic year and toast those who are walking down the Hill this spring. Join us for a happy hour with heavy appetizers and refreshments.
We will also have our Honor Cord ceremony beginning at 5:15 p.m. recognizing graduating students who are receiving KU military and veteran honor cords.
End of Year Celebration & Honor Cord Ceremony

The event is free and open to the entire KU Military-Affiliated community (military, veterans, spouses, dependents, ROTC) – students, alumni, staff and faculty, as well as their guests.
Honor Cord recipients:
We recommend applying for your cord prior to the event by filling out the separate online request form. You may also bring your KU ID and proof of military service (current military ID card or DD-214) the day of the event, but please check in before 5 p.m. if choosing this option.
